Final Sale Items:

All products marked with a “Sale” tag or purchased during a promotional clearance event are considered Final Sale. These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Standard Returns:

For all other non-sale items, you may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the rug must be in its original, unused condition.

Restocking Fee:

All eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This amount will be deducted from your final refund total.

Condition Verification:

Refunds are contingent upon a quality inspection. Shiraz Rug reserves the sole right to determine the condition of the returned product and whether it meets our “undamaged and original condition” standards.

Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to our warehouse.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
